Franchise Agreement General Terms & Conditions

• Franchise Term: 2 Years*.
• Franchise Fee: Rs 2 Lakhs** ( Rupees Two Lakhs Only), including territory rights & initial order for total 25 No’s of products range as per list enclosed.
• Marketing Support: All product catalogues, sign boards, shall be provided by the franchisor to the franchisee during the tenure of franchise agreement.
• Event & Exposition: Financial contribution from 0-50% of total event basic cost can be provided, depending upon the type & prospect of event. This will be done on sole discretion of the franchisor.
• SEO Marketing: In Franchisor Scope.
• New Product Survey: Franchisee will have to conduct the survey for its region on any new product which is launched or is to be launched by the franchisor.
• Warranty & Spares: Franchisor shall provide the spares & warranty of the product, as per applicable warranty tenure of the product.
• Product maintenance training shall be provided by the franchisor at its Gurgaon location or by tutorial videos to the franchisee, also these maintenance videos shall be shared from time to time in line with any new product addition.
