Synergy Wave System LLP accomplished installing 350KWP at JAJUDA OIL & GENERAL MILL and helped in economizing on their electricity bills and effectively utilizing their roof capacity. A detailed case study is as below:
PROBLEM FACED BY THE CLIENT:
• The initial obstacle the client faced was a hike in tariff from DISCOM and immense spike in electricity bills
• They further complained about the poor load bearing capacity of the roof
• They were also concerned about the optimum generation due to the major shed that were not facing south
HOW DID SYNERGY RESOLVE THE SITUATION?
• Decoding the first concern, Synergy Wave System installed SPP of 350KWP capacity, resulting in a huge annual savings of approximately 36 Lacs on their electricity charges.
• Synergy resolved the poor load capacity issue by installing light weight AI. MMS. at the site which resulted in a better roof load capacity, preventing damp walls.
• We stationed elevated MMS to make it south facing, hence maximizing the generation from Solar plant.
CHALLENGES FACED BY SYNERGY DURING RESOLUTION:
• Special customized case designs were put in place for Module Mounting Structure (MMS), making it light-weight & compatible for a south facing installation.
Conclusion
Customized light-weight compatible installations aided JAJUDA OIL & GENERAL MILL with optimum power generation, which was achieved by south facing MMS. This also resulted in less dependency on DISCOM & helped in containing huge bills.
